Qualifications

• Read blueprints and understand GD&T.
• Demonstrate RCCA (root cause and corrective action) capability.
• Able to coordinate with operators, engineers, facilities, and management.
• Self-motivated and able to structure their own day.
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret prints, specs, run charts, and SPC charts.
• Dispost parts with manufacturing, engineering, and quality to define rework and corrective actions.
• Assist in interpreting specs, inspection plans, and work instructions.
• Lead groups to brainstorm and solve issues in safety, scrap, throughput and cost.
• Create templates in Plex for rework methods and report data.
