Job summary

Silfex Inc., A Lam Research Company, located in Ohio, is seeking a technician to support non-conformance reviews, MRB rework disposition, and data-driven yield improvements across multiple manufacturing steps.

You will collect and report non-conformance trends, read prints and specs, and work with Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality to disposition parts, define rework, and coordinate corrective actions. Strong RCCA capability and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• AS in engineering or quality field or HS diploma with 1-2 years relevant experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.
• Self-motivated; can structure workday independently.
• Able to work independently and in a team; communicate with management promptly.
• Coordinate with operators, engineers, facilities, supply chain and management.
• Demonstrate RCCA capability to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Able to interact with personnel at various levels in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret prints, specifications, Run Charts / SPC charts.
• Understand processing requirements from start to finish of products.
• Dispost parts with Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality; define rework; coordinate actions.
• Assist Operators and Inspectors with interpreting specs, plans, and work instructions.
• Lead groups to brainstorm and solve safety, scrap, throughput and cost issues.
• Create templates in Plex with rework methods; troubleshoot part flow in Plex.
