• Associate degree or technical certificate in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or industrial technology.
• Experience reading blueprints and technical documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Hands-on shop and mechanical skills required.
