Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant technical support, field service, or industrial controls experience.
• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone and email to resolve technical questions.
• Document support cases and elevate complex issues to the engineering team.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and data issues with field equipment.
• Assist with device commissioning, configuration, and data validation.
• Support field commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting at customer sites when needed.
• Prepare documents and drawings for release.
• Assemble bid packages, tabulate bids, and prepare bid analysis.
• Maintain and organize project files and documentation.
• Assist with procurement and inventory as needed.
• Handle general administrative tasks for the engineering team.
