Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience or a technical degree.
• Ability to read engineering drawings (mechanical, electrical and schematics).
• Experience with electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Must reside within 50 miles of El Paso, TX.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Examine 3-D models and drawings using Inventor to support manufacturing.
• Ensure products are built to specifications per drawings/models.
• Check work against plant Quality Standards.
• Interpret design standards and tolerances.
• Prepare information for material procurement and installation of assemblies.
• Review product BOMs and discuss manufacturing info with plant personnel.
• Support Lean, Quality, MESH and Pro Launch to meet certifications.
• Assist with the Change Management Process.
