Viking Pump is seeking a leader to guide the Current Products Engineering group, focusing on sustainment and cross-functional cooperation. You will support engineering and design aspects of industrial product lines, including custom orders and production issues, and report progress to the Engineering Director on strategic initiatives such as 80/20 and cost reduction.

Responsibilities include leading engineers and designers, ensuring timely project delivery, and driving continuous improvement

Competenze

• : Two-year degree required; BA/BS preferred.
• : Supervisory experience is required.
• : 3-5 years’ experience in rotating equipment and liquid handling field.

Mansioni

• Lead and assign Engineers and Designers within the Current Products team.
• Drive timely completion of orders and drawing requests to support internal and external Customers.
• Engage with Product Management and Operations to execute 80/20 and VAVE activities.
• Assess engineering requirements and assign projects to meet Customer needs.
• Analyze job assignments and estimate time to complete each assignment.
