Qualifications

• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design team through product development processes and Husky standards.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and technical leadership to team members.
• Develop project and resource plans; manage budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate with Sales and Service for technical support and scope.
• Facilitate team design reviews and planning sessions weekly.
• Drive continuous improvement using metrics and DFMEA techniques.
