Find Great People | FGP is recruiting a Product Sustaining Engineer for a leading manufacturer of engineered pneumatic, fluid control, braking, and safety products. You will own existing product lines, drive engineering changes, manage BOMs and documentation, and collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and Operations.

The role emphasizes lifecycle support, data management in PDM/PLM, and continuous improvement in GD&T and DFx practices, with relocation assistance

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in engineering and manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting existing products throughout the product lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, manufacturing processes, and DFM/ DFA principles.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of existing product lines and support ongoing product improvement initiatives.
• Drive engineering changes, cost reduction efforts, manufacturability improvements, and product enhancements.
• Support engineering releases and product lifecycle activities from concept through implementation.
• Evaluate and implement product updates based on feedback from manufacturing, supplier, customer, and operations.
• Manage engineering releases, drawing updates, BOM revisions, and product documentation.
• Support engineering databases, product structures, and product data systems.
• Ensure engineering records remain accurate and up to date throughout the product lifecycle.
• Maintain revision control and documentation integrity.
