Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science or related field.
7+ years of combined technical and leadership experience.
3+ years as a Control Systems Project Engineer I or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead the safety, development, performance, and career progression of engineering team members.
Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard engineering talent.
Build a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement.
Manage employee performance, compensation, retention, and work assignments.
Provide technical oversight on complex control systems while limiting hands-on engineering.
