Qualifications
- 6 years of progressive engineering experience in a technical role.
- At least 2 years in a leadership or senior engineering position.
- 4 years of experience in the Utility Electrical industry.
Responsibilities
- Supervise engineers across Automation, SCADA, Protection Systems, and Historian.
- Provide technical coaching on protection studies and relay settings.
- Escalate complex issues and remove obstacles to team delivery.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality, schedule and budget targets.
- Analyze performance metrics to drive grid reliability improvements.
- Resource initiatives with project managers aligning skills to needs.
- Identify training needs and develop upskilling plans for the team.
- Ensure compliance with utility standards, labor agreements and regulations.
- Contribute to restoration tasks and drills for service continuity.
