Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and day-to-day engineering execution while contributing hands-on to software development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications, APIs, services, distributed systems, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Translate product requirements and architectural direction into technical designs, implementation plans, and production-ready software.
• Develop AI-enabled applications and agentic workflows using large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), enterprise data, and external tools.
• Build reusable software components, services, integration patterns, and frameworks that improve engineering efficiency and solution scalability.
• Apply software engineering practices for automated testing, continuous integration and delivery, observability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Implement secure integration patterns, access controls, error handling, monitoring, and operational safeguards across software and AI solutions.
• Mentor engineers, provide technical guidance, conduct code and design reviews, and promote engineering standards across development teams.
• Develop reusable AI capabilities for orchestration, model integration, tool integration, state management, evaluation, and observability.
• Partner with Architecture, Security, and engineering teams to advance software and AI engineering standards, reference architectures, and responsible AI practices.
