Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant software engineering and leadership experience.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications across the full SDLC.
- Strong hands-on coding and architecture design skills in .NET stack.
- Experience with CI/CD, security, automated testing, code reviews.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and design of scalable, high-performance systems.
- Ensure CI/CD, testing mindset, security, and code reviews adherence.
- Collaborate with product managers to align tech decisions with goals.
- Coach engineers and mentor teams; drive modernization of legacy apps.
- Guide AI tool integration into development lifecycle and testing.
- Interface with cross-functional teams about project status and risks.
- Oversee API development, cloud-enabled solutions, and enterprise-grade apps.
