Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Talent Sourcer (Temporary) to build robust talent pipelines for technically demanding roles. You will partner with recruiters and managers across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to engage top talent that aligns with SpaceX’s mission and culture.

You will proactively source via multiple channels, conduct initial screens, and help shape sourcing strategy with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year recruiting experience, or associate degree with 2+ years.
• Experience sourcing for engineering, hardware, or technical manufacturing roles.
• Strong Boolean/X-ray search skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source passive candidates via multiple channels.
• Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering roles.
• Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools while maintaining a personal touch.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine role requirements.
• Conduct initial outreach and phone screens to assess fit.
• Track sourcing metrics and share data with recruiters and teams.
• Represent SpaceX’s mission and culture to prospective candidates.
• Stay current on market trends and compensation benchmarks.
