• Assist with job postings and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting data within applicant tracking systems and internal databases.
• Support candidate communication throughout the recruiting process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements and hiring priorities.
• Participate in career fairs, networking events, and university outreach activities.
• Assist with onboarding and pre-employment processes.
• Provide a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communication.

This role will focus on identifying, attracting, interviewing and hiring top engineering and technical talent across a variety of industries and disciplines. This would be a hybrid position based out of our corporate offices in either Eden Prairie, MN or Dubuque, IA.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support the recruitment and hiring of engineering, technical, and professional talent across a variety of industries and disciplines. This role is ideal for an energetic, relationship-focused professional who enjoys interacting with people, building networks, and helping candidates find career opportunities. Base Salary Range: $55,000-$75,000 Commensurate with experience
