Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in professional or hard-to-fill environments.
• Experience writing and optimizing job postings.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience sourcing on multiple job boards and social platforms.
• Strong knowledge of EEO compliance and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop and refine job postings.
• Conduct outreach on job platforms, social media, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Screen applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Manage high-volume requisitions to fill current and anticipated openings.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to build strong talent pipelines.
• Plan, schedule, and attend recruiting events, job fairs, expos, and community outreach efforts.
• Promote our company brand, culture, and career opportunities to candidates and external partners.
• Coordinate interviews, background checks, reference checks, and employment processing.
• Communicate regularly with candidates regarding application status and next steps.
• Ensure compliance with EEO guidelines and employment laws throughout the recruiting process.
