Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in professional or hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience writing, revising, and optimizing job postings.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience sourcing talent on multiple job boards and social platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms, preferably ADP.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop and refine job postings.
• Conduct outreach on job platforms, social media, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Screen applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Manage high-volume requisitions to fill openings.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to build talent pipelines.
• Plan, schedule, and attend recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach.
• Promote company brand, culture, and career opportunities to candidates and partners.
• Coordinate interviews, background checks, and employment processing.
• Communicate with candidates regarding application status and next steps.
• Ensure compliance with EEO guidelines and employment laws.
