Job summary

Emerson is seeking an Implementation Engineering Project Manager within the Global Services team to define, develop, and deliver custom integrated test systems for major customers. You will drive projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and continually improve tools and processes in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee scope, schedule, and resources, travel up to ~25%, and engage with executives across Engineering, Sales, and Clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in STEM is required.
5 years of experience on systems integration projects for test, measurement, or automation.
Experience as project manager of large enterprise engineering projects.
Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally up to ~25%.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

Deliver successful systems integration projects.
Act as primary customer contact; negotiate scope/schedule changes.
Identify and document customer requirements; estimate solution cost and timeline.
Collaborate with resource manager to ensure staffing on projects.
Influence and decide on scope, schedule, and resources.
Monitor and report on project costs, status, quality; elevate issues as needed.
Drive process and tool improvements; define specialization areas for the team.
