Emerson Test & Measurement (T&M) Product R&D is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on New Product Development (NPD) and integrated business processes.

This role is pivotal in shaping how hardware and software teams collaborate, innovate, and deliver. You will partner with senior leadership to define strategic priorities, design scalable processes, and champion organizational change that accelerates product development and operational excellence.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Drive organizational change by designing and implementing NPD frameworks that align with business strategy and foster cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Serve as a change agent, influencing culture, behaviors, and adoption of new processes across engineering, operations, and business units.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify transformation opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and establish governance models.
  • Lead workshops and stakeholder engagements to harmonize processes and embed best practices across global teams.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies, including communication plans, training programs, and adoption metrics.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data‑driven insights and industry benchmarks to optimize performance.
  • Monitor process effectiveness using KPIs and continuously refine frameworks to improve speed, quality, and compliance.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions for process improvement.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field
  • US Citizen or Green Card Holder
  • 5+ years of experience in project/program management with a strong focus on organizational change and process transformation.
  • Proven success in implementing NPD frameworks for hardware and software development.
  • Expertise in integrated business processes and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and ability to define requirements for tooling teams.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including experience engaging senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • Experienceleading enterprise‑wide transformation in high‑tech product development environments.
  • Knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery models.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and process improvement initiatives.Exposure to portfolio management tools (Planview, etc.) from a requirements perspective.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar certification.
