Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of project management in new product development or technology environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage structured project execution.
• Strong communication, organization, and facilitation skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate integrated project plans, milestones, schedules, and risks.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities across engineering, sourcing, operations, quality, compliance, and business partners.
• Prepare for and lead project meetings, manage agendas and action items, and support timely decision‑making.
• Facilitate milestone readiness reviews and ensure alignment on deliverables and requirements.
