Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in STEM is required.
• 5 years experience on systems integration projects for test, measurement, or automation is required.
• Experience as project manager of large enterprise engineering projects.
• Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally up to ~25%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for successful delivery of systems integration projects.
• Act as primary contact for the customer throughout the project; negotiate scope/schedule changes.
• Identify and document customer requirements; work with project team to estimate solution cost and timeline.
• Collaborate with resource manager to ensure staffing on projects.
• Influence and make decisions about scope, schedule, and resources for project.
• Monitor and report costs, status, quality; escalate issues when necessary.
• Drive process and tool improvements; help define specialization areas for the team.

Bachelor of Science in STEM
