Job summary

RTX in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico is offering a Monday–Friday Co-Op session from January to June, inviting enrolled students in engineering programs to join a hands-on mentorship. You will work on meaningful aerospace projects, gain exposure to mature engine programs and cross-functional teams.

This hybrid role requires English communication, US citizenship, and the ability to balance coursework with project responsibilities while contributing fresh ideas to a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Civil and Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.

ESTO provides dedicated support by eliminating quality notifications, escapes, works stops and enabling producibility and delivery of legacy and new parts, assemblies, modules, and engines. ESTO covers all engine programs and part families, enabling engine deliveries, first piece reviews, first article inspections, analysis automation, process certification. ESTO also supports the Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) initiative in Operations. Technical disciplines in ESTO include Project Engineering, Mechanical Design, Structural Analysis, Product Definition, and Manufacturing Engineering.
