• Support clients across industries to address engineering transformation issues.
• Optimize organizational structure, new product development processes, R&D spend and PLM systems.
• Apply value analysis and Design to Value to drive cost optimization and value creation.
• Develop Product Strategies including Product as a Service, platform ecosystems and sustainable products.
• Drive Innovation Management and Product Portfolio optimization balancing voice of customer and cost to serve.
• Digitize engineering functions with Digital Thread / Twin and related technologies.
