Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering improvement initiatives.
1 year of experience in internal or external consulting at a comparable level.
1 year of experience with Digital Thread / Twin, RPA, ML, AI, Blockchain, etc.

Lead small to medium sized teams (2-5) with diverse backgrounds.
Effectively coach others and collaborate with internal and external parties.
Support client sales origination and thought leadership development.
Drive innovations and redesigns to improve client outcomes.
