Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Engineering Consulting Manager – Functional Lead (Engineering & PLM) to lead client engagements focused on engineering transformation, product development optimization, and PLM-enabled process modernization. You will own functional solution designs and guide teams through requirements and process design to align with engineering and business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience on engineering improvement initiatives.
• Experience in one or more priority client industries such as Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Consumer Goods & Services, Medical Technology, High Tech, Industrial Equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee functional solution designs leveraging PLM capabilities to support business and engineering outcomes.
• Own functional requirements, process models, and user stories across PLM workstreams.
• Guide development of Digital Thread / PLM strategies and roadmaps with prioritization and phased transformation plans.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships and lead workshops at executive and working levels.
