Job summary

Accenture seeks an engineering practitioner and advisor to support clients in engineering transformations, product development, and cost optimization. You will lead small teams and contribute to sales and thought leadership, leveraging Digital Thread, ML/AI, and RPA to drive measurable outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years in engineering improvement initiatives and 1 year in consulting, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading engineering improvement initiatives.
• 1 year in internal or external consulting at comparable level.
• Experience with new technologies (Digital Thread/Twin, RPA, ML/AI, Blockchain).
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (12+ years).

Responsibilities

• Support clients across industries on engineering improvements.
• Lead small to medium teams (2-5) and coach others.
• Assist with client sales origination and thought leadership.
• Apply value analysis, Design to Value, and product lifecycle concepts.
