Accenture is seeking a candidate who can act as a skilled engineering practitioner and advisor, delivering actionable insights to top organizations. You will apply experience in product development, engineering assessments, and business case design to enable rapid, scalable client outcomes across industries.

Role involves leading engineering transformations, cost management initiatives, product strategy, and innovation management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working on engineering improvement initiatives.
• 1 year of experience in internal or external consulting role at comparable level.
• 1 year of experience related to new technology (Digital Thread/Twin, RPA, ML, AI, Blockchain, etc.).
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have minimum 6 years’ work experience).

Responsibilities

• Support clients across industries to address engineering issues related to transformations and product lifecycle management.
• Assist in cost management through value analysis and value engineering.
• Contribute to Product Strategy including Product as a Service and Platform Ecosystems.
• Support Innovation Management and product portfolio optimization.
• Digitize Engineering via Digital Thread/Twin and emerging tech (RPA, ML, AI, Blockchain).
• Lead small to medium teams (2-5) and coach others.
• Assist in client sales origination and thought leadership development.
