Job summary

U.S. Pacific Fleet is seeking a program analyst to analyze and evaluate programs to determine future workload and resource requirements.

The role includes planning work, setting priorities, and preparing schedules for subordinates while overseeing technical engineering efforts. You will build connections with support activities and guide others on policies, regulations, and procedures, and you will identify and coordinate development and training needs of subordinates.

Qualifications

• Specialized GS-12 level experience in Navy surface craft or submarine systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to develop and conduct briefings.
• Experience providing fleet technical assistance and communicating technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate programs to determine future workload and resource requirements.
• Plan work, set priorities, and prepare schedules for subordinates.
• Oversee and manage technical engineering work.
