Job summary

GreenXT is seeking a Program Analyst to support Navy customers’ technical programs with planning, management, and coordination of projects, resources, and schedules.

The role involves direct support to project leads, tracking, scheduling, and documentation management, including onboard shipboard and travel planning. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with DoD clearance required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in an administrative support role.
• Active DoD Secret level security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Project Leads or Program Leads.
• Develop and maintain tracking sheets and project schedules.
• Assist with development and maintenance of project plans and schedules.
• Track weekly team action items.
• Coordinate onsite shipboard and travel schedules.
• Provide configuration management support of technical data using SharePoint or shared drives.
• Assist with development of training materials and presentations.
• Provide analysis support and reporting.
