Dellshire Resort is part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, a leading hospitality company with a strong commitment to people and service. We are seeking an Engineering Supervisor to join our pre-opening team in Wisconsin Dells, overseeing daily maintenance and guiding a skilled engineering staff.

You will perform hands-on maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems, implement preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and standards while collaborating with departments to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of maintenance or engineering experience in a hotel/resort.
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and work orders.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CMMS/MMS.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• EPA certificate or related trade licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance and repairs across the resort property.
• Lead, train, and direct the engineering team to high standards.
• Perform hands-on maintenance in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical work.
• Support the preventive maintenance program documentation.
• Inspect guest rooms, equipment, and public areas for safety and functionality.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and departments.
• Monitor inventory of tools, parts, and supplies; coordinate reordering.
• Maintain records of work orders, logs, and repairs.
• Train team members in safety procedures and maintenance techniques.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with the Director of Engineering on projects and energy-saving initiatives.
• Maintain follow-up for emergency repairs or incidents.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve issues.
