Dellshire Resort, part of the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio, opens in the Wisconsin Dells region and offers a rare opportunity to join a growing team. The Engineering Supervisor will support the Director of Engineering and help shape the resort's pre-opening operations.

You will lead hands-on maintenance, mentor technicians, and ensure safety, reliability, and guest satisfaction across guest rooms and public areas. This role emphasizes collaboration, quality, and a service-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and coordinating daily maintenance and repair activities throughout the resort property.
• Provide leadership and training to the engineering team, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
• Support the implementation and documentation of the resort's preventive maintenance program.
• Inspect guest rooms, equipment, and public areas regularly to ensure safety, functionality, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and departments, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Monitor inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, and coordinate reordering as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders.
