Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in high-rise building engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the SoCal AMS roving technicians.
• Develop and implement maintenance programs for building performance.
• Coordinate emergency response plans and drills.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
• Plan and monitor capital improvement projects.
• Support Regional Manager of Engineering and operations.
