Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in high-tempo, operational environments.
• Hands-on experience with vehicle ECUs and embedded software deployment.
• Knowledge of automotive networks (CAN, Ethernet) and ECU interaction fundamentals.
• Experience using diagnostic and reprogramming tools (NeoVI, vSPY, DPS).
• Understanding of end-of-line manufacturing and software flashing.

Responsibilities

• Lead reflash events across multiple GM manufacturing sites, ensuring execution readiness and quality outcomes.
• Plan and coordinate reflash events with software and engineering teams, aligning timing to release schedules.
• Develop and execute reflash team resource plans across locations.
• Establish and manage the reflash environment on-site with GM teams and contractors.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers to standardize processes.
• Develop and deliver training and standard work for new team members.
• Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with standards.
• Foster inclusive culture and prepare for future challenges.
• Build relationships across software, manufacturing, engineering, and program management.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership and coaching to team members and contractors.
