Regal Rexnord seeks a Production Manager to lead electromechanical clutch and brake production, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals. You will translate business priorities into staffing plans, capacity, and operating targets while collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to resolve constraints.

You will coach frontline leaders, build capability, and advance continuous improvement using Lean practices, standard work, and daily management.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of supervisory or production leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience applying Lean, TPS, Six Sigma to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, or inventory.
• Ability to lead through frontline leaders and develop successors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for production areas, translating objectives into priorities with accountability for safety and quality.
• Establish and sustain a Lean, standard-work-based continuous improvement system across production areas.
• Develop multi-year improvement plans to increase capability and deliver measurable gains.
• Lead cross-functional planning with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to resolve constraints.
