Ideal candidates have an ABET-accredited degree, 8+ years in engineering and a PE license is preferred. Strong PLC/automation skills, data analysis, and regulatory alignment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an ABET-accredited Engineering field (or Engineering Technology with PE) and 8+ years of multifaceted engineering experience in natural gas/petrochemical industries.
• Preferred: PE certification and prior leadership experience.
• Must demonstrate strong safety focus and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to improve operability, maintainability, and reliability of assets in Operations.
• Coordinate with business development, operations, and partners; maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Supervise third-party project managers, engineering consultants, and inspectors.
• Participate in commissioning and startup of new/modified facilities.
• Provide technical support across departments for troubleshooting and regulatory compliance.
