You will guide operability improvements and safety-focused decision-making across pipeline operations while championing reliable, compliant performance. The role emphasizes planning, technical leadership, and cross-functional partnerships, with responsibilities spanning project supervision, data-driven problem solving, and workforce development.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited college or university and ≥10 years of engineering experience in natural gas, data centers, or related industry.
• Leadership experience preferred; PE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a diverse team of engineers and technical staff to improve operability, maintainability, and reliability of assets.
• Acts as a liaison with business development, commercial teams, and operations; builds strong internal/external partnerships.
• Supervises third-party project managers, consulting engineers, and contractors; ensures work adheres to policies and procedures.
• Supports planning, commissioning, and startup of new/modified facilities; uses data analysis tools for solution evaluation.
• Provides technical support to all departments for troubleshooting, compliance, optimization, startup, and turnarounds.
• Manages workforce planning, career development, and budget forecasting with a focus on safety and reliability.
