Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking an organized and strategic professional to join the Engineering Organizational Development team in Salt Lake City. You will partner with senior Engineering leadership to drive strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and enable cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

The role focuses on operational excellence, program management, and data-driven decision making within the Engineering Chief Operating Officer organization.

Qualifications
