Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a strategic support, project management, or operational role within a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for clear, concise, and impactful messaging.
• Strong analytical acumen and problem-solving capabilities, comfortable navigating complex data and workflows.
• Highly organized, with excellent project management skills, attention to detail and follow-through
• Results-oriented with ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines, while prioritizing according to urgency
• Strong proficiency in standard business productivity software, including advanced experience in presentation and manipulating data using spreadsheet applications; ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.
• Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions, developing presentations and reports for senior management with findings, providing recommendations forward.
• Demonstrated client service focus and ability to build relationships by supporting teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Communication: Develop internal communications for key programs and regional events.
• Project & Program Management: Facilitate cross-functional efforts on strategic initiatives related to Engineering career development, location strategy, and organizational growth.
• Strategic Partnership and Management: Collaborate with senior leaders to define, monitor, and advance strategic objectives.
• Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement scalable solutions.
• Reporting: Create and maintain program reporting for progress updates.
• Business Planning & Analytics: Support annual planning cycles, financial forecasting, and resource management.
• Organizational Development: Partner with Human Capital Management on talent management and workforce strategy initiatives.
• Problem Solving & Risk Mitigation: Identify risks and address operational challenges to maintain continuity.
• Coordination: Manage key meetings and events for leadership and regional stakeholders.
