Job summary

Onward Search is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Behavioral Health Staffing business. In this role, you'll independently generate new business through high-volume outreach to prospective clients.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in staffing. You'll collaborate closely with recruiting teams to handle interview processes and negotiate terms. A competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 is available, alongside commission and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in staffing.
• Exposure to behavioral health staffing is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
