Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field with relevant professional experience or 3+ years in a customer-facing/sales role.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% within the territory for meetings and events.
• Ability to learn engineering analysis and simulation technology on the job.
• Experience managing multiple opportunities and priorities while staying organized.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined territory, managing existing relationships and developing new business opportunities.
• Conduct sales activities via phone, video calls, and face-to-face meetings to maintain renewals and drive revenue.
• Build account plans to map users, growth opportunities, and go-to-market strategy.
• Uncover customer pain points and connect needs to Synopsys simulation and analysis solutions with clear value.
• Write proposals and quotations tailored to customer priorities, not just product features.
• Coordinate with marketing, technical support, legal, and account management to move deals forward.
