Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Manager (People leader) to drive technical leadership and build high-performing teams for 24/7 Mainframe and SaVE operations. You will hire, guide, and grow talented engineers across onshore and offshore teams, aligning with product owners and technology peers.

You will lead multiple scrum teams, manage complex IT projects, and ensure reliable, compliant software delivery while fostering leadership development across the engineering organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a manager or project management lead.
• 8+ years’ experience running large/complex IT projects with multiple dependencies.
• Deep understanding of Advisor Services business and datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams responsible for 24/7 Operations and Mainframe Systems.
• Provide technical leadership, staff management, and product owner relationship management.
• Oversee scrum, operations support, and delivery leadership as a technical domain representative.
• Build partnerships with product and other technology teams; ensure high availability and compliance.
