Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading large-scale technical programs in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong program management capabilities including roadmap planning, dependency management, portfolio governance, and delivery oversight.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experience developing executive dashboards, KPIs, portfolio reporting, and data-driven decision frameworks.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and drive alignment across highly matrixed organizations.
• Experience leveraging AI, analytics, and automation to improve engineering productivity, operational effectiveness, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, governance, and delivery of complex cross-functional programs spanning multiple business and technology domains.
• Establish program structures, operating models, and governance frameworks that drive execution, accountability, and predictable outcomes.
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and competing priorities while enabling informed decision-making across stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain integrated program roadmaps, milestones, success metrics, and executive-level reporting.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable business outcomes.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, portfolio reporting, and data-driven decision frameworks.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve prioritization and resource allocation.
• Drive AI adoption and automation initiatives.
