Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation seeks a Data Engineering and Web Applications Team Manager to lead enterprise apps, web platforms, and data engineering initiatives. You will craft technology strategy and guide several engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure systems aligning with business growth and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering, data integration, or analytics engineering.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams and large enterprise programs.
• Experience directing enterprise app development and engineering orgs.
• Proven ability to manage portfolios across apps, platform eng, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, modern software practices, and DevOps.
• Hands-on with Informatica/IDMC/BigQuery/Java/Python/GCP.
