Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 5 years IT OR 9 years IT experience.
• Experience leading software engineering projects.
• Knowledge of engineering skill sets for product/technology stacks.
• Experience or knowledge in software engineering platforms.
• Experience or knowledge in cloud computing / SaaS.
• Experience or knowledge in analysis and modeling tools (e.g., Excel, Business Insights, JIRA, GitHub).
• Experience or knowledge of resource planning and forecasting practices.
• Excellent oral & written communication skills with a proven ability to frame technical issues in business terms.
• Ability to understand business products & operations and the underlying business needs that drive IT resource requirements.
• Experience working with stakeholders at all levels in a matrixed organization.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple projects, needs, and goals.
• Experience with the SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development.
• Ability to describe differences between tactical and strategic efforts.
