You will partner with product, engineering, architecture, security, and operations to ensure scalable, reliable cloud solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

This role combines technical leadership, people management, and delivery excellence, with opportunities to drive AI tooling, observability, and DevOps practices across multiple teams in the US.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering and application delivery.
• 5+ years experience as a full stack engineer with Java and frontend tech.
• 4+ years managing managers or large distributed delivery teams.
• 3+ years delivering cloud-native apps (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• 3+ years of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps experience.
• 3+ years of experience with BigQuery/Spanner or similar DBs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex cloud software across multiple agile teams.
• Own delivery timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure adherence to cloud-native practices, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and quality.
• Provide technical leadership for cloud architecture and delivery.
• Oversee performance, reliability, and production readiness.
