The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and substantial IT/relevant experience, proven leadership of software teams, and deep knowledge of SDLC methodologies, cloud solutions, and data-driven analysis. Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree and/or 5 years Information Technology OR 9 years Information Technology experience.
• Experience leading software engineering projects.
• Knowledge of engineering skill sets required by product/technology stacks.
• Experience with software engineering platforms.
• Experience or knowledge in cloud computing / SaaS.
• Experience or knowledge in analysis and modeling tools (e.g., Excel, Business Insights, JIRA, GitHub).
• Experience or knowledge of resource planning and forecasting practices.
• Excellent oral & written communication skills with ability to frame technical issues in business terms.
• Ability to understand business products & operations and IT resource requirements.
• Experience working with stakeholders at all levels in a matrixed organization.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple projects.
