Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in engineering services delivery or project execution.
• Advanced degree plus 3+ years of experience.
• 9+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated leadership and prior supervisory experience.
• Ability to guide technical decisions across multiple domains (rack development, tooling, support, publications).
• Strong communication across internal stakeholders and customers.
• Effective prioritization, planning, and accountability.
• Familiarity with project tracking and PLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction across engineering activities including rack development and tooling.
• Ensure consistent application of engineering standards across all work.
• Review technical approaches for complex or high-risk work.
• Serve as focal point for escalations and drive delivery alignment across teams.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to meet delivery commitments and budgets.
