Job summary

Panasonic Avionics Corporation seeks a Service Program Manager II to lead complex service programs, coordinating across departments and with customers to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost targets. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
8+ years’ work experience in Aviation Maintenance and/or Program Management.
2 years’ experience in Team Lead or Supervisor role.
3 years’ work experience in aircraft industry highly desired.
In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) experience highly desired.
Valid A&P, EASA, CASA, GCAA or region-specific licensing.

Responsibilities

Lead program teams to ensure financial and operational health of complex customer programs.
Develop performance requirements for long-term success of customer programs.
Provide training including assignment of projects and tasks.
Prepare and deliver presentations to Senior Management and other audiences.
Coordinate with departments to meet business goals and regulatory requirements.
Monitor schedules and implement corrective actions as needed.
Maintain effective communication with customers and internal staff.
