Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of work experience in Aviation Maintenance and/or Program Management.
• 2 years in team lead or supervisor role, including project management.
• 3 years in aircraft industry highly desired.
• IFE experience highly desired.
• Aircraft Maintenance License desirable.
• Valid A&P, EASA, CASA, or region-specific licensing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage programs to meet service delivery commitments and financial performance of contracts.
• Act as project team leader and technical expert, review requirements, assign resources, and track schedules.
• Ensure clear communication and timely issue resolution with customers, staff, and third parties.
• Lead and champion complex programs for long-term success and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate program activities, reviews, and design/coordination meetings.
• Monitor schedules and advise on risks, change management, and regulatory compliance.
