The work location for this position is Columbia, MD. The Engineering-to-Service Transition Manager is responsible for establishing and managing the structured transition of systems, projects, and engineering activities into the Service organization. This role bridges Engineering and Service to ensure that systems are technically, operationally, and organizationally ready for long-term support. The position will develop the processes, governance, documentation, knowledge-transfer practices, and readiness criteria necessary to create a scalable and repeatable transition model while ensuring appropriate Engineering support remains available during and after handover.
The total compensation for this position is $120K-$160K. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
