Qualifications

• Industry: 1+ year in recruiting, customer service or sales.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• ATS experience: Taleo, Avature or JobApp exposure.

Responsibilities

• Attract and manage a portfolio of in-demand engineering talent for clients.
• Drive full-cycle recruitment and deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences.
• Build a strong talent pipeline via proactive outreach and market intelligence.
• Consult stakeholders on talent needs and advise on recruitment strategies.
